What we are looking for…
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized upper-college or MBA-level student to join our People & Talent team. This internship will be for at least one semester/quarter for Fall 2025, with the option to extend into 2026 if mutually desired.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in a career in Human Resources, including areas of talent acquisition, employee engagement, HRIS management, and people data analysis. You will have a desire to contribute in a high-growth, dynamic environment, have a strong attention for detail, and are energized by finding solutions & improving processes.

- Undergraduate junior or senior or MBA-level candidate, pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Slack, and other professional tools
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and in often ambiguous environments
- Passion for working with cross-functional teams and internal & external stakeholders
- Ability to quickly learn our systems and tools
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees
- Must reside in the United States and be eligible to work without restriction
- Must be at least 18 years old
- This is a part-time role, anticipated 15-18 hour per week
- $20 per hour
- Flexibility to work from anywhere
- Must be able to meet synchronously with US-based colleagues up to 4 hours per week
- Estimated duration September - December, 2025, with option to extend through May 2026 if mutually desired
