Beyond is looking to add an EMEA Sales Manager in Barcelona to lead our growing SaaS sales team. Reporting to the Managing Director of EMEA, you will have the opportunity to lead our new business efforts in the region. As the world and travel landscape shift around us, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization and lead the charge in executing our growth strategy.

As our Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of SaaS Account Executives: developing and coaching the team to position us for continued growth and consistent winning
  • Actively participating in key sales conversations and help the team to structure, present, and negotiate the deals
  • Holding weekly 1:1s, design, and facilitate team meetings/training sessions
  • Organizing and improving internal processes with your exceptional organizational skills
  • Helping create a high-energy, results-focused environment where the team loves coming to work and feels they’re being developed towards their fullest potential.
  • Helping to attract, hire, develop, and retain top Account Executive talent
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews and forecast calls
  • Ability to analyze KPIs to identify performance drivers, gaps, and areas for improvement
  • Provide accurate weekly/monthly forecasts to leadership
  • Monitor deal progression and remove blockers
  • Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable
  • Address underperformance quickly and effectively
  • Manage regional sales strategy and initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices sharing across organization

So what kind of person are we looking for in this role? The person who will be successful in this role will be:

  • A Leader: You will have the ability to lead, manage, and inspire the team to achieve goals.
  • A Builder: Our industry is growing and so is our ability to capitalize on that growth - and we need you to be building, training, and developing the team to be a world class, effective sales team.
  • Methodical: Sales efficacy comes down to a series of inputs and outputs, and it is your job to make sure we are hitting those inputs and outputs, as well as optimizing for improvement along the way.

Now that we've told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS
  • At least 3+ years of sales management experience
  • Strong understanding of and respect for selling into different cultures across the region
  • Direct experience as a quota-carrying salesperson
  • Expertise in prospecting methodologies and hunter sales motions
  • Track record of developing top performing sales teams
  • Vacation Rental industry experience is a plus
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-growth scale up environment. We move fast.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and a self-starter
