About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim E-commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales channels during a transitional period. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Shopify and ticketing systems, ensuring seamless operations, excellent customer experience, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates.
  • Oversee ticketing platform operations for events, ensuring accurate setup, smooth transactions, and timely reporting.
  • Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to execute campaigns, optimize SEO, and manage digital advertising.
  • Analyze ecommerce metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates) and prepare performance reports for leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with payment gateways, security standards, and data protection regulations.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on ecommerce and ticketing processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Shopify ecommerce platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, UX, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in event-based businesses or organizations with ticketing needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor site adjustments.
