Key Responsibilities: Must be able to execute and manage the following duties;- Prep and provision android tablets and smartphones based on client need with the appropriate mobile applications.- Use our proprietary inventory management software to manage incoming and outgoing shipments for reporting, accounting, and record keeping purposes.- Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, rates, and client expectations.- Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.- Interact with clients to make arrangements and to issue instructions for receiving, shipping and acceptance of hardware.- Confer and correspond with clients to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications.- Confer and correspond with our third party data vendors to rectify problems with data capabilities of devices.- Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.- Work with cross functional teams including account executives, operations and customer success issue identification, business requirement gathering, operational process analysis and solution formulation.- Provide daily, weekly, or monthly status update or presentation to senior management team.- Design office layout and prepare furniture plan for more efficient inventory management.
