The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our innovative team. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to play a pivotal role in designing and building our customer data platform. We are a data-driven company focused on delivering highly effective targeting and optimization solutions for the direct mail channel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• You will design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust software solutions for our next-generation CDMP.

• You will be helping to lead the implementation of our new platform using an agentic framework, leveraging

AI-powered development tools to accelerate and optimize the software development lifecycle.

• You will design and develop forward-looking, advanced features in our internal and external-facing applications.

• You will create and enhance reporting and analytics capabilities, providing clients with actionable insights into their campaign performance.

• You will be mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

• You will need to ensure the security, reliability, and performance of our applications within the AWS cloud environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• You have proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a track record of successfully shipping high-quality software.

• You have demonstrable experience building and deploying with AI, including familiarity with agentic frameworks and AI-powered dev tools.

• You have strong proficiency in C# and JavaScript.

• You bring a deep understanding of cloud-native application development, with significant experience in AWS

services (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.).

• You have a solid knowledge of database systems, both relational and NoSQL.

• You have experience with the following front-end frameworks/libraries: Nuxt, React, Angular, and Vue.

• You have experience with API Design & Development: RESTful APIs, GraphQL.

• You have experience with CI/CD Pipelines: Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools and practices

(e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)

• You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Additional preferred experience include:

o Machine learning and data science workflows.

o Proficiency in Python.

o AdTech or MarTech industry.

Location: Must be in Cincinnati, OH. Will be working at our Over-the-Rhine office; Hybrid role, in office 2 days per week (relocation not included)
