The Challenge We are seeking a meticulous and tenacious Sales and Revenue Operations Analyst to support our sales and marketing teams. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented perfectionist who has a genuine passion for solving complex problems. The ideal candidate is someone who isn't satisfied with surface-level answers and will leave no stone unturned until a challenge is fully understood and a robust solution is in place. You will be responsible for managing sales data, creating insightful reports, optimizing processes, and providing the analytical backbone that enables our revenue engine to run efficiently and scale effectively. What You’ll Do - Business Health Analytics: You will measure, diagnose, and input into the processes for revenue forecasting and the performance of NaviStone’s entire revenue-generating engine.
- Reporting and Analytics: You will design, build, and maintain sophisticated reports and dashboards in Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs), pipeline health, sales forecasting, and team performance.
- Data Analysis: You will perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and pinpoint areas of inefficiency. Translate complex data sets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for sales leadership.
- Problem Solving: You need to proactively identify and investigate discrepancies in data or performance. Conduct root cause analysis and develop data-driven solutions to improve processes and outcomes.
- Process Optimization: You will continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, workflows, and systems to increase efficiency, productivity, and data integrity.
- Data Integrity: You will serve as a steward of our CRM data, ensuring high levels of accuracy, completeness, and consistency across platforms.
- Sales Support: You will act as a key resource for the sales team, providing them with the data and reporting they need to achieve their targets and assisting with ad-hoc analytical requests.
- Forecasting and Planning: You will also assist in sales forecasting and quota setting processes by providing detailed analysis and modeling.
What You Will Need to Succeed - 5-7 years of proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, and data visualization.
- Demonstrable experience creating, maintaining, and enhancing interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- An obsessive attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy; you are a perfectionist who takes pride in the quality and integrity of your work.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a persistent, inquisitive mindset. You are driven to find the "why" behind the numbers and don't stop until you have a complete answer.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
Highly Preferred - Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and/or HubSpot CRM platforms.
- Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
- Familiarity with marketing measurement.
