Strategic Account Manager, Travel The Challenge NaviStone is growing rapidly with the Travel vertical, and our ability to deliver exceptional client experiences is core to that success. We are hiring a Strategic Account Manager, Travel, to support one of our marquee partners and the client ecosystem that originates from this relationship. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to travel advisors, cruise lines, and hospitality brands—guiding program strategy, analyzing performance, fostering adoption, and ensuring strong results across your book of business. You’ll build trust, translate insights into action, and help drive measurable growth for both our marquee partner and the clients they bring into the NaviStone ecosystem. What You’ll Do - You will establish trusted, strategic relationships with a portfolio of 10-15 travel clients, serving as their primary post-sale partner from onboarding through ongoing success.
- You will support and grow NaviStone’s presence within a marquee travel partner, ensuring strong performance, adoption, and ongoing collaboration.
- You will lead planning with the marquee partner—including growth opportunities, performance targets, shared objectives, and key milestones.
- You will be accountable for maintaining, growing, and retaining your book of business by delivering exceptional service, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- You will need to accurately forecast client revenue and growth on a weekly basis and monitor account health.
- Use real-time data and performance trends to surface insights, optimize results, and proactively recommend program improvements.
- Identify risks to account health early and take proactive steps to mitigate client dissatisfaction or performance issues.
- Partner with internal teams (operations, analytics, data science, marketing, product, business development) to support client needs and deliver exceptional execution.
- Develop account plans and quarterly strategies aligned to client goals and NaviStone revenue targets.
- Deliver clear, compelling presentations in regular in-person and virtual meetings, including quarterly business reviews.
- Support new client tests and pilots to ensure performance meets or exceeds expectations.
You Are a Great Fit If You Have - You have 2–3+ years of experience as a Client Partner, Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Campaign Manager.
- You have experience within the travel industry, digital marketing, direct mail, retargeting, or data-driven advertising (experience with a data aggregator is a strong plus).
- You bring a strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to guide strategy.
- You have demonstrated forecasting experience with a strong sense of ownership over revenue retention and expansion.
- You have experience with CRM platforms, HubSpot is preferred.
- You have strong Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities.
- You bring a resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset with the flexibility to work in evolving processes and tools – and the willingness to help build structure, workflows, and clarity as we grow.
- You are collaborative with a team-first mindset.
- You need to have the ability to travel 2–3 times per quarter for client visits, partner meetings, or conferences.
