Operations Transportation Manager

As an Operations Manager, LP Network Success, you’ll use available data along with critical thinking to be the catalyst in driving overall improvement cross functionally. This position requires you to analyze data, interpret data, and translate the results into a meaningful, executable process improvement strategy. You will be working with various departments to build reports to monitor overall performance and communicate areas for improvement to cross functional teams. Develop process mapping workflows, writing SOP’s (standard operating procedures) and determining priorities for teams once a gap is identified. Overall, you get to oversee the performance management process and facilitate action that contributes to the overall growth of OneRail.
** This role is required to be On-Site with the opportunity to be hybrid after 90 days of employment or remote after a full year of employment. **
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Integrations
- Helping broader LP team understand what LPs need prioritization and why
- Track Integrations and timelines
- LP/Shipper Metrics & Regulations
- Monitor/Measure metrics (critical findings) and communicate to the team.
- Acceptance Rate, SLA, POD compliance, Claims, Cancellation, Exceptions usage, & Delivery volume.
- Work as the point person to the LP Connect team.
- Resolve & communicate regulations and compliance needs.
- Monitor/Measure metrics (critical findings) and communicate to the team.
- Optimization & Performance
- Review LP regions for accuracy utilizing all metrics for optimal performance
- Monitor LP activity report
- Identify technology gaps to improve overall performance cross functionally
- Track feature/bug requests for technology improvement and report on timelines
- Develop workflows and write SOPs
- Work with stakeholders to determine priorities, review performance, and optimization recommendations.
- 3 or more years of experience in creating, developing and maintaining partnerships
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in business or similar field preferred
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM / Pipeline Management tool
- Working understanding of API and related technology knowledge
- Demonstrable ability to negotiate and close partnership contracts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong relationship building skills with an entrepreneurial approach
