Overview
The Project Manager – Learning & Enablement serves as the operational partner to the Director of Learning & Enablement, responsible for managing projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and facilitating the development of organizational learning programs and documentation. This role ensures the successful execution of learning and knowledge management initiatives by overseeing project timelines, coordinating stakeholders, organizing documentation workflows, and supporting the creation and maintenance of training materials, SOPs, and knowledge resources.
This position plays a key role in transforming operational knowledge into structured documentation and scalable learning programs that support organizational efficiency and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong project management fundamentals, exceptional communication and facilitation skills, and a passion for building systems that help people and organizations learn effectively.
Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead and manage end-to-end projects related to learning initiatives, documentation development, and knowledge management.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Track project deliverables and communicate clear status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate resources across departments to support efficient project execution.
- Support the development and rollout of company-wide learning programs and training initiatives.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
- Maintain the learning roadmap and training calendar, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Track and report on participation rates, completion data, and training outcomes.
- Coordinate the development and ongoing maintenance of organizational documentation, including SOPs, process documentation, training guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, version-controlled, and easily accessible to intended audiences.
- Manage documentation review cycles and partner with subject matter experts to capture and structure operational knowledge.
- Facilitate meetings and working sessions with subject matter experts to document processes and workflows.
- Translate discussions and operational knowledge into clear, structured documentation and process maps.
- Support the creation of training materials and establish documentation standards across the organization.
- Collaborate with departments including Operations, Product, Compliance, and Customer Support to gather information and align on documentation and learning initiatives.
- Track action items and deliverables from project meetings, ensuring accountability and follow-through.
- Maintain clear communication of project timelines, expectations, and dependencies across teams.
- Identify gaps in learning resources and operational documentation and recommend improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation templates, style guides, and standards.
- Support the evaluation and implementation of knowledge management tools and systems.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of project management experience, or equivalent experience working directly with the OneRail OmniPoint platform.
- Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional environments.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong documentation and process-mapping abilities.
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving, process-improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting training programs, documentation initiatives, or knowledge management efforts.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Click Up, Jira, or Smartsheet.
- Experience with documentation platforms such as Confluence, Notion, or SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.

Company Target compensation: $89,000-$110,000
