Clinic Team Leader – Cork, Douglas & Ballincollig

Salary: €34,000 per year + Performance Bonus
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Sisu Clinic is one of Europe's leading doctor-led medical aesthetics providers, delivering premium aesthetic treatments in a modern, patient-focused environment. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Clinic Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our Cork, Douglas and Ballincollig clinics.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with leadership experience in retail, healthcare, hospitality or a customer-focused environment who enjoys developing teams, driving performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Role

As Clinic Team Leader, you'll lead our Front of House teams across three clinic locations, ensuring every patient receives an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through the door.

You'll work closely with the Area Manager to oversee daily operations, support your team, maintain high operational standards, and contribute to the continued success of the clinics.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate and support Front of House teams across Cork, Douglas and Ballincollig.
• Coach, train and develop team members to deliver exceptional patient service.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Manage staff rosters and ensure appropriate cover across all clinics.
• Handle sickness absence professionally, including return-to-work meetings and absence tracking.

Clinic Operations

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of all three clinics.
• Ensure a consistently high standard of patient care and customer service.
• Manage patient enquiries, feedback and complaints with professionalism.
• Monitor clinic procedures and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Travel between clinic locations to maintain consistency across all sites.

Sales & Business Performance

• Support the team in achieving clinic sales targets.
• Promote treatments, skincare products and retail offerings.
• Assist with local marketing initiatives, promotions and social media activities.

Stock & Facilities

• Manage stock levels and oversee deliveries across all clinics.
• Ensure clinics remain clean, organised and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Report maintenance or facility issues promptly.

Administration & Compliance

• Complete clinic audits and operational reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and company policies are consistently followed.
• Support the Area Manager with HR and performance management where required.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader or management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
• A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to motivate others.
• Flexibility to travel between Cork, Douglas and Ballincollig clinics.

Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality, retail or another customer-facing environment is highly desirable.
