Overview

The Switchyards Clubkeep is the secret weapon for our model of "invisible hospitality." Clubkeeps are smart, world-class hosts that wear a smile, obsess over details, and give a damn about ensuring our clubs are always clean, full of vibes, and overflowing with coffee.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining our standards of care, communication, and consistency while reliably delivering a high level of service.
• Following a detailed checklist to complete shifts with care and attention to detail.
• Reporting to our Atlanta City Manager and broader Operations team with clear and consistent communication.
• General cleaning, tidying, and upkeep of the club including basic maintenance of coffee equipment.

The Nitty Gritty

You'll be assigned primarily to our Roswell club with the option to cover shifts at other clubs.

• $35/shift
• 60-75 min/shift

Clubkeeps average 4-9 shifts per week, and are scheduled for up to 2 shifts/day.

Schedule flexibility is preferred.

Weekdays

• AM – 7-9a
• MID – 12-1p
• PM – 5-7p

Weekends

• SAT/SUN – 11a-1p
