Overview
As a Clubkeep Lead, you are our operational boots on the ground. You'll be dialed in on ensuring our clubs are overflowing with coffee, our spaces are clean and tidy, and everything happening behind the scenes is tight and efficient. You're the secret weapon—ensuring every club visit feels welcoming, consistent, and juuuust right for our members. You’ll maintain our high standards of service and attention to detail while supporting your Area Manager with day-to-day operational tasks. Our Clubkeep Leads give a damn about their neighborhood work club and the members who make it special.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining standards of care, communication, cleanliness, and consistency.
- Delivering a high level of member support and care.
- Following detailed checklists for quality control and operational standards.
- Clear and consistent communication with Area Manager and fellow Clubkeeps before, during, and after check-in’s and other assigned shifts.
- General cleaning and tidying of clubs.
- Ongoing maintenance of equipment, supplies, and other assets.
- Coordination with your Area Manager to receive orders, stock supplies, and oversee inventory.
- Assisting your Area Manager with on-site needs related (but not limited) to vendor visits, repair/maintenance/improvement tasks, special deliveries, warehouse inventory, and other facility or vendor related occurrences that may arise as needed.

- Schedule is part-time with flexible hours.
- Ideal for someone with another flexible job who wants to make extra cash.
- Direct, consistent communication with your Area Manager is essential.
- Clubkeep check-in's
- Standard allotment of 3-4 check-in's per week on avg
- $25/check-in
- Avg 40-60 min/check-in
- Check-in's scheduled in advance by your Area Manager
- Clubkeep Lead shifts
- Assigned on a rotating basis or according to availability.
- $100 base pay per assigned week (based on an average/minimum of 4 hours of on-site work per week)
- Any additional Lead hours are $25/hour (and always communicated to you in advance by Area Manager)
- Weekly schedules can vary based on weekly needs and tasks.
- Clubkeeps get a free membership (with copious amounts of coffee👀)
