We’re hiring a Digital Product Builder.

You’ll help us build the digital layer at Switchyards across our national network of neighborhood work clubs—34 clubs in 15 cities and counting. This is a hands-on-keyboard role working directly with the CEO on some of our most ambitious digital initiatives to date.

We’re looking for an elite executor with strong consumer product instinct and great taste—someone who operates with an MVP-first mindset and a bias towards action.

Past titles don’t matter to us. What matters more is that you’re momentum-driven, highly competitive, and fluent in today’s modern tech stack, especially no-code and low-code tools. You must be great at project managing cross-functional teams and shipping something meaningful every single week. Bonus points if you’re already a Switchyards member and/or have a deep grasp of the opportunity in front of us.
