Who We Are
Switchyards is the world’s first neighborhood work club. We're creating places for people to do their best thinking and most productive work—near home, around friends and neighbors, and always open 24/7.
Based in Atlanta, we’ve pioneered a new consumer category for the future of work. With big plans to expand our work clubs nationwide, we’re quickly becoming one of the iconic brands of our generation—alongside other Atlanta greats like Home Depot, Waffle House, and Chick-fil-A.
Switchyards is scaling fast……but we’re just getting started. We will open work clubs in hundreds of great neighborhoods across the country, combining what we’ve learned through rapid growth with continued innovation—all while keeping the soulful Switchyards brand at the center. We’re on the hunt for a contract Member Support Representative to join us in 2026 for 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to become a full-time role in 2027. For that reason, Atlanta-based is preferred.
